I appreciate your willingness to help. This isn't quite what I'm looking for. I need to create a transparent 'picture' to enter the baptism certificate data so that I can COPY and paste it onto a NEW person's certificate, just changing the name (so it needs to be editable).

It is EDITABLE as did say @denzjos.

Is there something you did not understand?
