Ofn menu for script not appearing

Have followed all instructions
extracted zip
made py executable
put in first scripts folder root/.config/GIMP/2.10/plug-ins

draw line using paths, right click in path nothing under stroke
also clicked on path windoe and do not get decorate.

using puppy linux using ubuntu repo
gimp version 2.10.18

under filters have got fu-script so I beleve python is enabled
