Cut squares from iamge

Here I am again reading this post trying to figure out how to publish a video without omitting the menus.

I thought I had posted the solution here. But when I reread the posts it seems that I managed to solve this problem by chance at the time.

I'll see if there's anything about "windows" that I can change;

PS: I discovered that in the Scenes window I have 3 scenes and in one of them (Inkscape) I must have adjusted the settings, because when I select that Scene the menus are displayed.

Now I need to remember to always use this Scene option.
