The YouTube how-to shows a list presets, but when I click on Presets, there are no presets to choose from.  In PSP, I would get a list of installed presets to choose from and then an option to save my own.

Where are the presets?
Did I not install them using the default installation?

Well GIMP is not Paint Shop Pro. There are no presets installed by default. Up-to-you to add them. All the tools with that type of dialogue are the same.

You have probably already played with the dialogue buttons, previous settings are saved automatically by date. You can save your settings with a name and manage / import / export settings.

I do not know of any Exposure Tool preset collections to import. A search might turn up something. Did the YT  video have any links ?
