Hard Edge Painting

Not so much a gimp filter as how the image is assembled in the first instance.
A couple of examples http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/1490257.stm Looking at those, lots of copy-paste from various sources will produce those 'hard' edges. |
