How to post pictures 4 better posts ?

After you click 'Snap' on the screenshot you get a cross cursor that you can use to select a region. That selection becomes a new canvas that you can save where you choose.

I never used the Gimp screenshot before but it's like the desktop screenshot I use. I used that one to take the Gimp Screenshot that you can't use to screenshot itself LoL.
