Just  bad luck, this character (U+23F4 BLACK MEDIUM LEFT-POINTING TRIANGLE) isn't in my fonts either while this one (U+25C0 BLACK LEFT-POINTING TRIANGLE) is: ◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀◀
