The new weekly appimages are appearing on the artifacts page.
This is what they look like.
To download one go to the folder on the far right > build > appimage > linux >output.
Direct links only live for a few days on gitlab so this will probably be the last. Apparently there will be a link (eventually) on the Gimp unstable downloads page.
In my opinion this is the best way to test Gimp3 on Linux. Why install when it is not a final release?
