Font manager not managing them.

The problem is how they are activated.

They are not copied to Fonts, they are added there as shortcuts pointing to the fonts located in:
c:\users\<name>\fontbase\

But it would be neat if GIMP could detect these shortcuts as fonts so the font managers could work.
