Keep crashin on Startup unless run with --no-fonts

Week ago i was updating libre office to latest version and windows 10. After since those GIMP keep crashing on startup, thought it was the photogimp doing but it wasnt. GIMP works fine through ‑‑no‑fonts
im using GIMP 2.10.38.0, i dont know if i should blame libre office or windows 10 update. pls help. |
