I have found several sources that say that this IS possible but so far nothing works. I would appreciate any help.

I have installed these in the dim-n-distant past  Wink  Sort of work although from memory there was a registration nag.

If you have the installer  - about 450 MB  and the modified Gimp python plugins example: NIK-Define2.py (some for Gimp 2.10 here: https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Nik-co...2#pid38062 )

It might work, or it might not. It might be a Windows 11 thing.  It is a monster.

As well as the PS .8bf plugins (not used) there are Windows .exe files for each plugin and that is what the Gimp plugins use via the python plugins.

My advice is, do not bother. You can get the same results using Gimp but by different routes. See what is possible using the gmic Gimp plugin.

Angry I'm concerned about the forced switch to Windows 11 at the end of 2025. Still happy with Windows 10. I try to continue using this operating system after 2025.
