In the file opening dialogue of the exposure blend plugin however the bookmark is not shown. For this plugin the original problem also applies: I can add the bookmark but if I reopen the dialogue the bookmark is gone.
Now you start to understand why I hardly use snaps or flatpaks.
You could be victim of some layered FS: if the file doesn't exist then the sandbox uses the global one, but on writes it creates its own. Which is why I linked a directory in the flatpak filesystem, so that when Gimp rewrites the file it does it in the global directory.
