For CtrlAltDel (and anyone else) this time Gimp 3.0.2 remix from the ubuntu PPA update (thanks to Mateusz Łukasik)

I have tried out, a bit, in kubuntu 24.04 & Mint 22 also kubuntu 22.04 (all a bit flakey but working)

guarantees - the usual there are none. I wonder if the Gimp devs are as fed up with Gimp 3 as I am
