It's been a while, and I've added CBT and CB7, and image folders, as well as making PDFs can create CBZ CBR CBT CB7.

So you can create your own Comic Book or PDF from a folder of images.

Convert a Comic Book from one format to another.

There is also a crude system to avoid overwriting files.
