Gimp 3.0 print menu missing "Image Settings" tab

I am experiencing similar issues when attempting to print to 11" x 17" paper with an Epson Ep-8550.
Using GIMP 3.0.2-1, AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 32 GB RAM, AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (8GB) GPU, Windows 10 Pro w/latest service packs
The Windows Print Server Properties shows 11x17 and Tabloid options, however in the GIMP Page Size dialog 11x17 or Tabloid sizes are not an option. I am able to print properly using MS Publisher 365 or Scribus 1.6.4
