Coloring Help

Alrighty I wont worry about using the dark scenes, can't improve them much with any software.

I have decided to try to recreate something you did Rich2005 using one of the DVD screen captures, https://i.imgur.com/JkINqd2.jpg.  I am using a different image, one that is actually from the gif Im trying to recreate.  Here is a link to one of the original frames captured from the blu-ray: http://kissthemgoodbye.net/horrors/album...833129.jpg

First I used auto white balance, then I added a curve to darken it just a touch for contrast to make the yellow stand out(want it just a bit brighter than the gif, just trying to put my own spin to make it unique to me)

I have added the color grading under gmic>colors, but I can't seem to get what you got from your image above, any pointers?
