How to make a circle meander?

OK, I won't say that was easy, but a combination of my following scripts

• dial-marks: generate the three levels of circle arcs
  
• ofn-path-edits: delete the extra strokes in the dial marks, and splice the final result into one single path
  
• ofn-path-to-shape: generate spokes, and cut them at the right places
