Script attached and working in Gimp 2.10 appimage.

unzip, put rogge-grey-point210.scm in ~/.config/GIMP-AppImage/2.10/scripts/

I got the original from the last set FX scripts for Gimp 2.6 As far as I know no plans to update for Gimp 2.10. They will have to be done an individual basis. Dare say some of them will be impossible to update.
