Gimp 2.10 Measure Tool Straightening

This little demo shows the Gimp 2.10.4 measure tool which can be used for straightening an image, typically a horizon. Vertical at the moment requires a little extra work, this will change in the next release of Gimp 2.10 where both horizontal and vertical adjustment is incorporated.
