Adding path edit new feature: (path rotation) function

Is there could be a new option added to path edit mode that enable path rotate ?

..i think if path move is available.. 

Then rotate function should be available  also , because both are curve transformations tool.

And it will be great addition also to determine and control the coordinates of the pivot of the rotation.

All transform tools (Rotate, but also Scale, Shear, Flip, Perspective...) can be applied to paths. And in the Rotate tool thre are several ways to set the center of rotation:
