Change Foreground Colour dialog

Hello
is there a shortcut to call the Change Foreground Color that work also when the panels are hide?

Can't find any but... There is another FG/BG color dialog that is dockable. So you can put it in a dock, and make it hide/appear with [Tab]:

   

(shown here docked with the rest, but you can put it in its

own window with Windows ➤ Dockable dialogs ➤ Colors)
