You will have to tell us what Ad*be Capture does and even then unlikely there is a direct Gimp equivalent.
You could try the Gimp plugin gimp_gmic_qt

A basic color-grading filter to tweak color values
Color Presets, there are hundreds of these. (560 by my count)
Use your own look-up-table (CLUT) if you have a favourite.
Simulate film filter - various types of color / monochrome filters replicating types of film Agfa / Ilford ..etc
There are other filters as well, say use one image to apply an effect to another. Too many to show. Have a look at the gmic site for examples.
