Did GIMP 3.0.2 Break Plugins Again?
#1
Apparently GIMP 3.0.0 had an issue with the initial installation file where the python console was missing and python plugins were affected and not showing in the menus.  GIMP 3.0.1 was released and fixed this problem.  GIMP 3.02 with additional bug fixes was released and now python plugins no longer are showing in the menu.  I reinstalled GIMP 3.0.1 and the plugins are back in the menus.

Strange, I just tried with my installation of Gimp 3.0.2 (flatpak) on Linux Mint 22.1, everything seems fine with each plugin I installed ?
They still doesn't appear in the plugin browser, but they are in the menus...

What OS are you using ? If Linux, are you using the Flatpak install or the Appimage (or directly compiled ?)

[Edit] : oh sorry, I saw the listing under your name only after I posted my answer... So Gimp 3.0 under Windows 10, gotcha.
