You can also adjust the size of the icons see: https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-Gimp-2-10-0-icon-size
There is a screenshot that might help. Quote:What does this error message mean? "The procedure entry point pthread_setname_np could not be located in the dynamiclink library C:\Program Files\Gimp 2\32\bin\libglib-2.0-0.dll" I get this every time I start up Gimp. Did you upgrade from a previous, Gimp 2.8 version? There are probably old files left over or copied from C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8 Gimp 2.10 uses a hidden folder 'Appdata' if you need to unhide this see: https://www.windows10themes.net/guides/h...indows-10/ then check / delete contents of C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins

Get the installer, it correctly installs all the files to a sub-folder of plug-ins and works straight away. Any other plugins will still be in C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins Copy them over one or two at a time and try them out. Not all old plugins work with Gimp 2.10 |
