As before deviantart is a good source, although you might have to do a bit of conversion.
From a collection there, 8 Gimp brushes in the flare style. zipped https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=...58ySS9Om7k Still in Gimp is the old gradient flare plugin Filters -> Light&Shadow -> Gradient Flare use the classic version in the selector tab and play with the sliders.
Did anyone try this ? It is .abr and when I use it, it gives dark shine instead of white. It would be nice to know whether a fix is available. Thanks.
