Thank you for your replies! I started out with a rectangle
photo and used a 25% radius, using the "Select" and
"Rounded Rectangle" menus. That gave me the nice
corners on the top, but seeing how I needed a "jog"
on the bottom around "Evinrude Motor Company",
the bottom 25% radius were too low, and I ended
up freehand erasing background to make the four
bottom radius'.
I will go thru your information this evening a practice!

UPDATE: I watched the "How-to" video about 25 times,
practicing as I went, and I'm happy with my results now.
