How can I do angle-based colors (like the Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon" album)
#4
1. Use a grid and make successive triangular (or trapezoid) selection to fill with the colors.

2. An old script that fills in a gradient between two paths. Use a hard edged gradient. Script and example gradient attached.

3. Get some smoke brushes. A search will get something like  https://www.deviantart.com/xresch/art/22...-197982419  One big .abr file. Paint on a transparent layer. Lock the alpha. Apply a gradient.

A video demo of the above.
