How to install a plugin?

Sorry for my bad english
I tried to download bump map plugin,but i cant access registry.gimp.org.Can some one give me new website to download plugin please?  
Im newbie and i learned GIMP today

The Gimp bumpmap is already in Gimp and is found in Filters -> Map -> BumpMap and has been there for a long time.

The site registry.gimp.org is closed but if you give the URL you used, usually can be found.

Something like http://registry.gimp.org/node/28638 which is the URL for InsaneBump.

I know it is not working. The site is closed. If you can post the URL you used http://registry.gimp.org/...something...

Then I can maybe find it for you. Very..very..unlikely to be bumpmap. More likely to be something with a similar name.
