No you did not!

Rich2005 asked you to try

Close Gimp
Get the gimp_gmic_qt version 3.2.3 Windows installer and install it.
Start Gimp.

Did you do it?

You can uninstall / re-install GIMP a thousands time, this will not delete your GIMP's user profile...
