Need Help! Trying to make different color variations of same image.

I am creating a playing card game. I created the first card with borders and color gradient through the card and some text.

Is there an easy way to make different variations of the same card, like changing the color of the borders and gradient without having to do every card over again.

It would be nice to see the image in question. But you can always try the " colorize " option.

Another option is using Colours / Hue - Chroma
