Could anybody help me for dowloading and installing plug-in "art beautify" (i.e. including filters life sketch, color pencil...) in my Gimp version 2.10.28 for Windows XP (x64)

The plug-ins in the zip file you sent have been already installed yesterday in my Gimp However that zip file contains only "beautify texture & border" and not "effects" As a result opening the filter just opens various texture and borders (see attachment of an exemple of using) would you have other files for getting filters as shown in the following picture you sent https://i.imgur.com/dMAV6wh.jpg https://i.imgur.com/HJXKMdY.jpg Hoping having been clear enough, at your disposal if you need more attachment Best regards

Unfortunately, parts of the Beautify plugin do not work with Windows 10 "Effects" is one part. It is a really old plugin, not going to get updated. Try up-to-date alternatives such as the Gimp gmic plugin http://www.gmic.eu
