None are Gimp. All python3 and heavy on dependencies. Ref #1 and #3 need a GPU (nVidia ?) Ref #2 You might get it to work. Seems to involve a lot of training for the type of image you use. Hmm...back to the drawing board... https://i.imgur.com/nq3Cot8.jpg or maybe not. Life too short.

tensorflow is a library for AI training. Not on everyone's computer.

Technically, one could. But the question is whether you (and most anyone here) without any AI background, can run this things is quite open to debate. The author assumes that you have tensorflow installed, which means that you are somehow familiar with it.  In other words, it's going to be quite a bumpy road.
