how to remove blur? deblur an image?

and I saved it as jpg, and now I want to try to deblur it. How to do that? What is the step?

To answer the last one, it depends on the blur method, on the tools at hand, and the amount of CPU/money you can throw at the problem.

Some methods don't work.
