Just a confirmation, this is editing an image. Not trying to edit something in a web browser that you see? Do not laugh, it has been attempted.

No easy / automatic way, use the clone tool to select a plain part of the background and using different size of brush clone in around the defect.

Then more repairs with a 1 pix brush to fill in missing bits.

The jpeg you posted has a lot of jpeg artefacts, you would be better making your screenshot in a lossless format, say png.
