select multiple images and export multiple images

Question
Hello,

I want to reverse colors of a lot of images, but I don't know how (if it's possible) to do that in all the images in one time. Currently I do one image by one image and it takes a lot of time.

Same for exporting images, I don't know how to export all the images wich are opened in gimp in one time.

I hope somebody know how to do.

Which Operating System and version of Gimp ? How many images to process ?

My preference is a batch plugin BIMP see: https://alessandrofrancesconi.it/projects/bimp/  There is a Windows installer and if using linux I might be able to help. No need to open the images in Gimp. See the examples on the web site. Use 'Other Gimp Procedure and search for invert.

Another way is load all the files as layers, apply a colour invert to all layers with a script, then export all the layers as individual images with another script.

Thanks for your answer, I try this but this don't work. My gimp crash after I had install it.

I'm on windows with gimp 2.10, so there are other solutions?

Plan B - two scripts. Unzip the attachment, put the scripts in C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\scripts
Load the files as layers File -> Open as Layers (within the capability of your computer)
Apply Layer -> Multiple Layer Action
Apply File -> Export Layers
