Going back to arrows such as: https://i.imgur.com/a/4neC9zO You can still get free vectors (although becoming increasing rare) do a search here https://freesvg.org
Apart from opening a SVG as an image, the component paths can be imported from right-click in the paths dock. It might be that one of the pre-made arrows work for you.
More probably you will need to make your own as Ofnuts indicated or just create a suitable icon. I would create a path for this, takes a little practice but you will get there.
Then it is just the same as your previous posts, various ways to make an animation.
