Gimp will not open

[FutureLights]

Hi, I have a new install of Windows 10 Pro x64. I installed Gimp 2.10, but when I go to launch it, nothing happens. I started the gimp console and I got these error messages:

What do I need to do to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, as well as restart my PC.
