Did you actually try anything ? Horizontal or Vertical is much the same.
however
1. Open image with layers in order
2. If required crop layers
3. Use the Align Tool
- Set Relative to Image
- Use the mouse to select the layers - this called rubber banding - items greyed out until layers are selected.
- - -Look for the small squares in the layer corners.
- Set the Offset
- Use bottom right icon Distribute bottoms of targets
4. Image -> Fit canvas to layers
----next bit optional----
5. Layer -> New from Visible
6. Image -> Canvas Size to increase the height of the image/
7. Bucket fill any transparent areas.
