Beautify plugin ART > Life Sketch causes error in (Windows 10 / GIMP 2.10.30)

There are a few things you should consider.
There are no Gimp developers on this forum.
Posting on gitlab is a way of contacting the developers but the beautify plugin is a third party plugin, nothing to do with the devs.
The beautify plugin is old and abandoned, the developer last made a minor change 8  years ago.
Some parts of beautify still work, but some such as borders are broken.

I can make some suggestions

A 32 bit dll error, try using the 32 bit version which you can get here: https://samjcreations.blogspot.com/2018/...ndows.html  It is a 7zip archive so you might need something like Peazip to unpack it. Use the files from the 32 bit folder

Why are your plugins there ? The place for Windows Gimp 2.10 plugins is  C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins

No success ? You can always go back to an earlier Gimp 2.10 version https://download.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v2.10/windows/

Next suggestion. Use something that is up-to-date.  The gimp g'mic plugin can do most of the effects. http://www.gmic.eu and examples https://www.gmic.eu/gallery/
