file si not big, and it makes that sound always if not move mouse or touch keyboard if i work with that file it not make any sound
As I said above, it Gimp is basically idle it won't do any I/O, so your suspicion doesn't stand on very firm ground... Experiment:
- start Gimp from a terminal
- give the focus back to the terminal and wait for the noise to appear
- in the terminal, enter CtrlZ to stop Gimp, does the noise disappear?
- in the terminal, enter fg to restart Gimp, does the noise reappear?
- you can alternate the stopped/running states with CtrlZ/fg
