It is based on Debian, so while it works here on kubuntu 24.04 , it is not going to be universal. It is Gimp 2.99.19 but I am not sure how old it is, probably that end of May date. There are some extra themes you can add, this one described as "Warm". Not my cup-of-tea (or coffee) but interesting. 245 MB download.
