Issue with paint brush [Cant edit brush settings???]
#1
Hi guys, I'm new to gimp, and recently this little annoying popup covered where I could previously edit my brush. Angry

I honestly have no idea how to remove this screen so I can edit my brush.

I'm in a pickle here.

Yeah....I sort of guessed that you had closed the tool options (amongst other things)

My advice is reset the dock back to the default settings. Look in Edit -> Preferences for Window Management.

Then restart Gimp.

..and stop using the brush editor. Really it is a bit of a legacy from earlier Gimp versions. Only really needed for making parametric (.vbr) brushes.

I believe you have access to the Tool Options window.

In this window you can edit/adjust brush values such as angle, hardness, strength, etc.
