Hello.
i have a 2.10.30 ver. on windows 11.
i opened a tif file photo for set it up.
after i made the changes i wanted to save it in the original file type (as a tif file)
i choosed the "Export As".. and replace the original photo.
after made this action i saw that the photo didn't changed as i made.
can someone explaine how to save it for change in correct process?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Gimp-Users,
i have the problem that a tiff-file saved with a macro with file-tiff-save can't be opened anymore using file-tiff-load. The load fails with: "RuntimeError: Procedure 'file-tiff-load' returned no return values"
The file can however be opened using the Gimp-Ui.
I can recreate this behavior by saving a tiff from the UI with having the checkbox for "Layers" marked.
file-tiff-save has no parameters to modify this.
Do you now what the exact issue is and how can I fix this?
Thanks in advance!

is there any plans for Gimp to set up a plugin set up to make it easier to download plugins that we might want to make it simple for us idiots. Apologise if this has been brought up in the past.

1. I did add the script in C:\Users\hqqqq\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\scripts
2. I did run filters\python-fu\conslole
2. Did run print gimp.directory nd gives me this C:\Users\hendr\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10

Brand new to GIMP so sorry if this is a stupid question but I couldn't find the answer.
I have a pdf of labels I'm trying to print on stock. If I print directly from Acrobat they fit; the last label starts at about 9.75".
But if I open it in GIMP the last label is about .25 inch too high on the page. So it doesn't seem to be retaining the correct page size when I open it.
It's a standard 8.5 x 11.
I know in Photoshop if I try to do the same thing I have to specify to Crop to Media Box when I import but I don't see a similar option in GIMP.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
